By accessing or using https://roomattendant.co (the "Site"), operated by KURASHI under the Room Attendant Training brand, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
The service
The Site provides training resources for room attendants, job listings, and with a subscription access to premium listings. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your access credentials confidential. Notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
Subscriptions and payments
Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe. Fees, renewals, and cancellation are governed by the Stripe checkout flow and the product terms at the time of purchase. Stripe handles payment data under its own privacy policy.
Intellectual property
Site content (text, images, design) is protected. Do not copy, distribute, or exploit materials without permission, except for personal use as allowed.
Third-party links and job listings
Job listings may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Disclaimer and liability
The Site and content are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits arising from use of the Site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to KURASHI's establishment, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country.
